functional lighting solutions. With over 3 decades of experience in residential, commercial,
cultural and hospitality projects across Malaysia and beyond, YB Dato’ Ram Kumar and his team have
a diverse portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of expertise and serve prestigious clients
such as Putrajaya Holdings, KLCC, SP Setia, Sunway, IOI Group, Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and many more.
Our lighting design process consists of four phases: Design Concept View where we explore the
project vision and goals and present our preliminary lighting design concept through various
visual tools. Design & Development Stages where we refine and develop the lighting design concept
in collaboration with the client and other design consultants and produce detailed design
documents to demonstrate the lighting effects and performance. Next phase is Documentations &
Specifications where we prepare and deliver the final lighting design documents and specifications
for tendering and construction purposes and provide comprehensive information on the lighting
system components and details. The last phase is Implementation, Testing & Commissioning where we
supervise and monitor the installation and commissioning of the lighting system on site and verify
the quality and compliance of the lighting work as well as provide training and guidance to the
client.
